Jewelry has been my passion for more than 25 years. Starting out as a collector, it wasn't long before I was in the business! I did specialized antique shows from New York City, to the Hamptons, Penn, Conn, and other places in between, meeting collectors from across the country and around the world, with quite a few that became my annual buyers. I had the pleasure of meeting many sellers at these shows who were also collectors, and not one ever hesitated to answer my questions. I give many thanks to these wonderful people that helped broaden my knowledge in collecting, and since I am both a seller and collector, your questions are no less important to me. Do not hesitate to ask questions or for additional photos. This is the best way to assure the item meets your expectations, and it is my goal to make you happy with your purchase.
If you enjoy shopping for vintage and collectable jewelry, no doubt, you have a soft spot for the stuff. To what degree depends on the symptoms you experience with vintage jewelry.
Do you get weak in the knees at the sight of a spectacular piece?
Did you find yourself at the jewelry counter, but you don’t remember the trip?
Do your eyes widen?
Do you suck in your breath?
Does your heart race from excitement at the thought of owning it?
Do you say to yourself, “I just have to have it, and wait until Sally sees it“ as an excuse to buy it?
Do you pull your wardrobe apart to see how many outfits it looks great with?
Do you hesitate to put it away because you want to keep looking at it?
Do you want to display your vintage treasures in your house?
Did you accept “an evening out” with someone you don't like, just to wear your vintage beauty?
If you have experienced even a few of these symptoms, chances are you have been bitten by the Vintage Jewelry Bug, but it’s really not so bad, at least it doesn’t itch!
