All of my jewelry has passed the "no odor detected" test. However, there are people that are more sensitive to odors than I am, and do not guarantee that the items are odor free. Keep in mind that boxes and other packaging materials can transfer odors depending upon weather conditions, and days or weeks in transit, but this is usually a temporary condition.

Your purchase will be refunded if the item is significantly different from the description. If you have any questions after receiving your purchase, please contact me within 2 days after receiving it, as all sales are final after 2 days. I always answer my mail and I will get back to you promptly. Be assured, if I made an error you will receive a refund, provided the item is sent back following the return shipping instructions I send to you, and the item is in the same condition as was sent. The jewelry I sell is predominantly in excellent to mint condition. When purchasing vintage jewelry, it is a given to expect some aspect of wear, but the items I select are of the highest quality condition possible, with wear or aging at an extreme minimum, and many that appear to have never been worn, near mint to mint condition. The exceptions are rare and unusual pieces, and any flaws are noted in the description.

Items are relisted if I have not received communication within 24 hours of purchase. It is a good idea to contact me regarding form of payment as soon as possible, and to confirm name, shipping and e-email addresses. This will assure that your selected items are held for you.
